What is a Line Array? A line array consists of multiple speaker cabinets stacked vertically. The main purpose is to cover a large area without interference between speakers. Traditional line arrays are effective at coupling low and mid frequencies, but they might lead to spherical sound propagation at higher frequencies. Each cabinet in a line array aims to act together to cover the audience, but overlapping coverage can sometimes cause non-coherent interference.
